Here is some solidarity on our policies for cancellation & rescheduling!

CANCELLATION POLICY (Within 48 Hours)

We have 48 hour cancellation for all private, semi and group sessions at CPA. We do immediate booking of our sessions and once it is booked and paid, we must know outside of 48 hours from your session if you are wanting to cancel or reschedule. Informing us of your requested cancel inside of 48 hours has two options: you can gift the session to another client of your choosing or our choosing… or option two is you would lose the session and all of the costs associated.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Our reschedule policy is the same as our cancellation policy. If you are informing us inside of 48 hours of your session, you can gift your session or you will forfeit the full cost of the session. If you inform us outside of 48 hours, we will hold your session and you are welcome to reschedule for a later date.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Outside of 48 Hours)

If you are cancelling a booked session or camp or clinic outside of 48 hours, there is a 5% surcharge. The other 95% of your session, camp, or clinic can be refunded or used for store credit within the same store.
